Texana Ranch is app. 701.53 acres. The front pasture is a hay field. The headquarters has a nice 3/2 home with porches built in the 1980’s. The home has an all electric kitchen with Frigidare appliances said by owner to be about 3 years old. Italian style tile throughout. There is a porch and closed in porch/office. Most rooms have plantation shutters. The living room has high ceilings and an attractive entrance with a nice wooden front porch. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. The A/C is recently installed and water heater said to be 1year old.. The ranch has a set of working pens near the home. There are three stock tanks.
